  • What frozen products do you offer?

    We supply a wide range of IQF fruits and vegetables, including strawberry, mango, blueberry, broccoli, green beans, carrot, sweet corn, edamame, and mixed vegetables and more.

  • Do you offer customized packaging?

    Yes. We provide both bulk packaging (10kg/20kg cartons) and retail packaging (250g–2.5kg bags). OEM/private label services are available upon request.

  • What certifications do you have?

    Our products are certified with HACCP, ISO, BRC, and can be supplied with Halal or Kosher certifications depending on the product and market.

  • What is your MOQ?

    Typically, the MOQ is one 20ft container. Mixed loading of products is allowed. Trial orders can be negotiated.

  • What are your main export markets?

    We mainly export to Europe, the Middle East, Japan, South Korea, Canada, America, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand.

  • What is your delivery time?

    Normally 15–25 days after order confirmation and deposit, depending on product and season.

  • What payment terms do you accept?

    We accept T/T, L/C, and PayPal (for small orders), with typical terms including a 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

  • What is your annual production capacity?

    Our annual capacity is approximately 8,500 tons of frozen fruits and vegetables.

  • How do you ensure product quality?

    We implement strict quality control throughout the entire process—from raw material selection to processing, freezing, and packaging. Samples and third-party inspections are available.

  • Do you provide quality testing for your products?

    Yes, we have in-house laboratories for microbiological and pesticide residue testing to ensure product safety and quality.
